Location

Lagasca 38 is the perfect location from which to enjoy the city.

Lagasca 38 is not only situated in the heart of the Salamanca district but precisely on a calm, tree-lined stretch of street from which any point of the city can easily be reached.

Needless to say, the area offers all the services of a big city at the stretch of a hand. Only 5 minutes away on foot is Plaza de Colón, one of Madrid’s hubs, which gives on to the main street Castellana. To the north is the famous Golden Mile, one square kilometre of Madrid’s best luxury stores.

Far from cowering, the District of Salamanca is living a second rebirth and is today the reference point for everything new
happening in the city. The best shops, the latest restaurants, the offices of the most distinguished companies, the most
prestigious art galleries, the most exclusive fashion houses, interior designers and jewellers all find their place here.

Also on foot, this time towards the south, Jorge Juan Street offers one of the capital’s most emblematic destinations as regards gastronomy, with a wide array of proposals; El Paraguas, Ultramarinos Quintín, Amazónico, La Bien Aparecida…a true “food experience". And only five minutes away, the jewel of the crown of Madrid’s parks, El Retiro. A place for leisure and enjoyment
for both people from Madrid and visitors, Madrid would not be the same without this 125 hectare park with it's 15,000 trees. A true green lung for the city.
